Cabane de Jusson

Cabane de Jusson is a small, unstaffed backcountry hut in the Chartreuse mountains, used for overnight stays on a first-come, first-served basis. With capacity for about 8 people on mattresses, it includes a wood stove and basic cooking gear for simple meals and warming up.

Water is available from a protected source/trough about 200 m north of the hut. There are no toilets or showers, and the hut has a fireplace/wood heating setup for cooking/warming (bring your own fire/heat provisions as needed). Expect basic shared-refuge conditions: plan to share space, pack out all trash, and help keep the wood supply cycle going if you burn wood.
