Cabane de la FMG

Cabane de la FMG (Cabane de la Fédération Montagnarde Genevoise) is a backcountry hut on the Flaine ski domain, below the Col de Pierre-Carrée, near the Hameau des Gérats (at about 1,750 m). It’s managed by the Fédération Montagnarde Genevoise and is intended for group stays arranged through the hut’s reservation process.

The hut provides two dormitories and sleeps up to 26 people. The building includes a kitchen/dining area and showers (two showers). Use is by reservation request via the official hut site; after confirmation, payment is made by bank transfer to the federation account shown on the site. the hut is having hot water and a wood stove; there are toilets available on site.
