Cabane de la Vierge

Cabane de la Vierge is a backcountry hut at roughly 2,099 m elevation with sleeping space for 4. The interior is set up for basic overnight use, including a large fireplace/cheminée and a door with windows that close.

The hut has a heat source but no stove. It’s designed for cold-weather use: there’s a fireplace/cheminée, and the building has a closing door and windows; interior furnishings include a rudimentary sleeping platform. Nearby water sources are available, but not directly at the hut.
