Cabane de Roybon

Cabane de Roybon (also known as Cabane des Clots) is a backcountry hut used for self-sufficient overnight stays in the Vercors region. It has a fireplace for heat, but there’s no shower and no mattress provided, so you’ll need your own sleeping setup.

Use the hut as a base for day climbs in the Chaîne de Belledonne/Vercors area and plan your winter approach with extra caution: winter and spring access may require avalanche assessment and snow travel depending on conditions. The hut has no fee and uses fireplace heating; arrive with food you can cook or prepare on-site.
