Cabane de Tousaus

Cabane de Tousaus is a very small, unstaffed stone shelter on the GR10 just before Gavarnie, set at 1835 m. It’s a basic stop for sheltered sleeping when you’re hiking the GR10 corridor, with a table and benches inside that can be moved to make space to sleep.

Use is free and there’s no fireplace or stove. It sleeps up to about 2–4 people, but the space is tight; plan to bring a bivy/tent setup in case the hut area is already taken. There are two nearby sources and wood nearby, and camping is possible just beside the hut.
