Cabane du Cortail de Batoua

Cabane du Cortail de Batoua is an unmanaged pastoral stone cabin in the French Pyrenees at 1905 m. It’s split into two areas: one for the shepherd (with a fireplace, double glazing, and gear for two sleeping spots), and one for hikers, kept simpler for 6–8 people without a fireplace or windows.

Use is first-come, first-served with no booking. Capacity is about 4 people total, and there’s no stove; water is within about 100 m.
