Cabane du Serre du Play

Cabane du Serre du Play is a small, unguarded backcountry cabin in the Vercors (Isère) that’s used as an overnight stop on foot. It’s set up for very short stays: there are sleeping platforms with about 4 places total, plus a small table and a fireplace/cheminée for warming and cooking.

The refuge has no running water or electricity. Use is free on a first-come, first-served basis, and you’re expected to bring your own sleeping gear and supplies, keep the cabin in usable condition, and take your trash away.
