Cabane ONF du Rif Bruyant

Cabane ONF du Rif Bruyant is a backcountry hut run by ONF near Lieu-dit Rif Bruyant (Lavaldens area). It sleeps 6 and is set up for self-sufficient use: there’s a kitchen with a gas stove, plus a table and benches, and it comes with 5 mattresses for 6 sleeping spaces.

Use is permissive, but ONF agents can requisition the hut, so it may be closed when they are present. Cooking is supported with the stove, while a fireplace is available; drinking water is provided. Human waste must be kept away from the hut—dejections are forbidden within 100 m of the shelter.
