Cabane Oudérou

Cabane Oudérou is an open, unstaffed mountain bivouac shelter in the French Pyrenees (near Binos) intended for transient hikers. Use is free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation process.

Inside, expect a small shelter with a fireplace, a grid, and sleeping platforms; bring your own sleeping bag. There are no mattresses. Wood is available around the hut, but water is not immediately at the shelter—carry what you’ll need and plan to fetch water from the nearby outflow/abreuvoir area downhill.
