Chalet de la Frasse

Chalet de la Frasse is a gîte–restaurant in Lamoura (Jura), set at about 1,293 m in the Forêt du Massacre area. It’s used for both overnight stays and meal breaks, and it sits on the GR9 and the GTJ (Grande Traversée du Jura) corridor.

Access and seasonal use are built around snow travel: in summer you reach it via a forest road, while in winter you can reach it by ski de fond or by raquettes. The chalet runs year-round in its main operating windows—daily from mid-June to mid-October, and daily from early December to mid-April—and outside those periods it’s available on reservation.
