Deuxième chalet de Tigneux

Deuxième chalet de Tigneux is an unstaffed pastoral shelter in the Belledonne massif (about 1,950 m). It’s kept locked and not open for general overnight stays; use is for local shepherds/forestry workers during the grazing period.

Expect a pastoral shelter rather than a public refuge: there’s no electricity. For water, a nearby spring/source can be close but may have low flow or even dry up later in the season; plan on the possibility of limited water and carry your own.
