La Maison du Montagnon

La Maison du Montagnon is a backcountry-style mountain base in Chapelle-des-Bois (Haut-Doubs, Jura Mountains), used for overnight stays and organized meal options, with the village location positioned as a starting point for hiking and VTT/MTB routes.

The property runs as a holiday/ group house with 19 rooms and 5 furnished apartments, plus table d’hôtes meal service. It offers WiFi throughout the house, shower facilities, and power supply; there’s also a sauna and hammam for recovery after outdoor days. For operating dates, it is closed from 15 March to 1 May and from mid-October to mid-December (depending on snowfall).
