Mini-Pod Saint-Philémon is a backcountry “prêt-à-camper” unit in the Secteur du Bassin at Parc régional du Massif du Sud (Saint-Philémon, Québec). The mini-pod format is designed for 2 people and can host up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children using the small futon). Use is reservation-based through Reservotron, with nightly rates shown on the booking platform (regular rates listed as $144/night and $124/night for week pricing).

The unit is fully equipped for cooking and everyday stays, including an electric stove top, sink, kitchen island, double bed(s) with mattresses, and a futon bed, plus table/lighting and an electric heater. Drinking water is provided (10 liters delivered on your first day), and there is a heated composting toilet in the nearby sanitary block in the Bassin area. In the summer season (from the start of the season through November 1), there are additional outdoor-use items such as a BBQ (propane) and a fire pit with wood; outside that summer window, those outdoor items are not available.

Access is car-based in summer to the POD area. In winter, cars must remain in the visitor centre parking lot, with a 900-meter walk to the POD area. Dogs are permitted in Mini-POD Saint-Philémon, with an added fee per night that you add during checkout. For arrival after hours, instructions are provided at the welcome area (use the back door of the visitor centre).
