Rampage View Yurt

Rampage View Yurt is a backcountry yurt managed by Gooseberry Yurts on Gooseberry Mesa, part of the option of staying in the yurts on the North Rim near the Windmill Trailhead. It’s a small yurt with space for up to 6 people, and a reservation is required; there is a fee to use it.

The operator emphasizes that yurting here is camping with style rather than glamping: there’s no running water, electricity, or air conditioning. Bring your own water, bedding (sleeping bags and pillows), and wood. The yurt setup includes bunk beds plus a cook stove and wood stove for heat, and you also need to plan for check-in after dark not being recommended.
