Refuge des Espuguettes

Refuge des Espuguettes is a backcountry dormitory refuge in the Parc National des Pyrénées, run by the park. It sleeps up to 8 people and is a simple mountain shelter used for winter (locally referred to as “Local hivernal”). The hut’s elevation is listed at 2,027 m.

For stays, online booking asks for a per-person deposit of €10 (arrhes). The refuge is open from May 23 to September 26, 2026. Pay attention to what you bring: blankets and pillows are provided, but you need your own sleeping bag liner and slippers; there are toilets and sinks, and there are no showers.
