Refuge d'Ilhéou

Refuge d'Ilhéou (also known as Refuge Raymond Ritter) is a backcountry mountain hut operated by the Commission syndicale de la vallée de St-Savin in the Cauterets area of the Hautes-Pyrénées. It sits at about 1,988 m and has space for 22 people, with a winter room not provided. The hut is managed by a paid guardian, and stays are organized through reservations on the refuge site.
