Refuge Ski Club Cernay

Refuge Ski Club Cernay is a chalet-refuge gîte d’étape on the Molkenrain area in the Vosges. It’s set up for hikers using GR5 and is closed in winter; the chalet operates from April to November, depending on whether the Route des Crêtes remains accessible. Expect two dormitories (12 and 8 places) and a large dining/recreational room that seats up to 40, plus an equipped kitchen for daily meals.

The chalet provides showers and washing facilities, with 2 WC available. Accommodation is aimed at passing walkers as well as people staying for a longer spell, including groups. Access is via Uffholtz (68700) by way of the Route des Crêtes toward Vieil Armand, then to the Molkenrain hamlet/lieu-dit area.
