Riordans Hut

Riordans Hut is a basic 3-bunk backcountry hut in Kahurangi National Park (Golden Bay area), run by the Department of Conservation. It’s set up for straightforward overnights in the backcountry. Use is first come, first served (no bookings required).

The hut has 3 bunks, a fireplace, and mattresses, plus toilet facilities with a pit latrine. Water is not provided at the hut, so plan to carry what you’ll need.
