Ancienne bergerie Saint-Joseph de la Pérusse

Ancienne bergerie Saint-Joseph de la Pérusse is a backcountry hut used as an emergency shelter in the mountains, with a wood stove and basic furnishings. The hut has a closed room setup with a table and benches, and it was in 2015 that the ceiling was sealed with a nylon tarp while the overall structure appeared sound.

For fire use, there is a wood stove (but no fireplace). Inside, you can find stove tools like briquets and candles, and the hut is set at about 1,200 m elevation.
