Arrano Xola

Arrano Xola is an unstaffed mountain shelter in the French Basque Country, also known as Cabane de la chasse aux vautours / Cabane des aigles. It sleeps 4 people on a wooden floor base and sits at about 570 m of elevation.

Inside, it has a large fireplace/cheminée. Fires are prohibited both inside and outside the shelter. Access is on foot from the parking area at Carrière d’Ascain, following the track up toward La Rhune.
