Cabane de La Jaça de Llosa

Cabane de La Jaça de Llosa is a backcountry shelter in the French Pyrenees (about 1,760 m). The hut is unmanaged and intended for free, non-booked use.

Inside, it sleeps 3. The sleeping area is a low platform for 2–3 people plus wall shelves; the other room includes a table with benches, a cupboard, and a stove/wood burner (wood fire). Recent renovation and condition notes indicate it was refurbished in 2013 and was in very good condition by 2016.

No drinking water is provided, and there’s no fireplace, shower, or toilets —so plan to bring your own water and a complete backcountry kit (and fuel/lighting as needed for the stove/wood burner).
