Cabane de la jasse des Espagnols

Cabane de la jasse des Espagnols is a private stone shepherd’s shelter in the Orlu area (within the Réserve Orlu). It sits on the route between Refuge d’en Beys and refuge des Camporells, so it’s primarily a basic stopover when you pass through rather than a staffed refuge.

Use is limited by pastoral use: it may be occupied or closed during the summer grazing season. Public access is free on a first-come, first-served basis when the shelter is available, and conditions can vary. Near the cabin there’s an animal enclosure, so treat the site as part of an active livestock area and plan accordingly.
