Cabane de Larue

Cabane de Larue is an unguarded backcountry hut in the French Pyrenees at 1968 m. It has a fireplace and simple basic facilities, and the hut’s sleeping capacity is about 4 people in summer and about 4 in winter—plan around limited space and the possibility that you arrive to a full refuge.

Use is free and there is no booking system: expect first-come, first-served sleeping. Since it is unstaffed, bring your own supplies (including a sleeping system), and expect to rely on a stove/fireplace only if conditions and space allow.
