Cabane de Mirabail

Cabane de Mirabail is a closed, unstaffed backcountry shelter in the Pyrenees at about 2,313 m. It’s a “cabane fermée” that has been used mainly by hunters rather than open to general hikers.

Plan on approaching as you would for an emergency shelter: do not rely on it being accessible or on it being available for public use. If you’re routing for accommodation, use staffed refuges or other open shelters instead.
