Cabane de Sauzet

Cabane de Sauzet is a small, unstaffed mountain hut in the French Pyrenees (Ariège), set in a pastoral valley. It sleeps up to 5 people on the provided sleeping places, with mattresses and blankets; the hut includes basic cookware and a wood-cutting saw.

Inside you’ll find cooking equipment (grilles, casseroles/poêles, and a fireplace) plus three stools, and there are two blankets stored in a chest under the sleeping area. Use is first-come, first-served with no booking system, so expect it to be occupied depending on who’s already there.
