Cabane de vingrau

Cabane de vingrau is a free, unguarded mountain shelter on the GR10 area. It’s for spontaneous use on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations; no caretaker). The hut sleeps 10 on mattresses in two superposed dorms, with a dining set inside (table and benches).

Plan for limited shelter facilities: there’s a fireplace/cheminée, but chimney draw can be weak in strong wind. The interior includes double-glazed windows and there is no drinking water provided at the hut itself; water may require a short walk to a nearby point. If you use the hut, leave it clean for the next group.
