Cabane du Roc de Sorgeat

Cabane du Roc de Sorgeat is a non-guarded mountain cabin in the French Pyrenees used as a backcountry refuge. It’s set up for short stays with a small cook/heat setup and basic dining items, and it’s intended for winter and off-season use rather than a staffed service.

Sleeping is limited to 4 people total. Inside you’ll find table seating and basic dishware, plus cooking/heat provisions including a stove and a wood-burning stove (no fireplace). Power/light is solar, and one interior room is as sometimes secured; practical time-of-visit packing is important. Water is available nearby (within about 100 m in some notes).
