Cabane du Touroun

Cabane du Touroun is a small, open backcountry shelter in the French Pyrenees (Vallée d'Aspe, near Osse-en-Aspe). It’s intended for use outside the pastoral season, when it may be occupied by shepherds rather than available for hikers.

Use is free and there’s no reservation system; expect first-come, first-served use. Basic facilities are limited to simple shelter provisions such as a fireplace and sleeping platform—bring your own food and plan for minimal services.
