Chalet des Haneaux

Chalet des Haneaux is a backcountry hut in the Vosges, set inside the Réserve biologique dirigée de Longegoutte near Vecoux/Rupt-sur-Moselle. It’s an unguided stop for walkers and trekkers using local Club Vosgien marked trails.

The hut is free to use and works on a first-come, first-served basis (no booking system). Inside you’ll find a wood stove, a table with bench seating for about 8 people, and two BBQ grates; there’s no mention of sleeping platforms or provided bedding, so plan to bring your own gear. Respect the biological reserve and leave the hut clean after use; keep fires handled carefully and manage waste properly.
