Courtal de Lamarda

Courtal de Lamarda is a backcountry refuge (cabane non gardée) in the French Pyrenees (Ariège). It’s a small, dry cabin with a large sleeping floor/platform, but it has no heating system and no fireplace.

The refuge sleeps up to 8 people. Water is available from a small developed spring about 20 m west of the cabin. Use is free and unserviced—there’s no reservation process, and you should expect first-come, first-served use.
