Gite d'Aunac
Gite d'Aunac (Domaine d’Aunac) is a gîte d’étape in the French Pyrenees near Seix, set at the crossroads of hiking routes including the GR10, GRP du Garbet, and the Chemin de la Liberté. It’s positioned as an overnight stop for hiking (and also cycling and other itinerant travel) with shared dormitory-style accommodation plus private rooms.
During the summer season it operates from June to September, with accommodations including two bedrooms and two dormitories (for 3 and 7 people). Overall hosting is up to about 15 people, with two bedrooms and dorm beds sized for mixed groups.
Meals are available as a set plan: dinner is served at 19:30 with reservations required, while breakfast is self-service so you can eat early and leave for hiking at dawn. The property also has a grocery store (open daily 11:00 to 18:30) and a café/guinguette (open 9:00 to 23:00).
For vehicle access it provides free private parking. For planning your day itineraries, there’s a common area on the ground floor with a large table for route planning, and outside there are covered tables under a shelter for meals. Contact details are available through the operator using the contact email and phone listed in public listings.
