Gîte d'étape et de séjour de Rouze d'Ustou

Gîte d'étape et de séjour de Rouze d'Ustou is a farm and gîte on the GR 10 in Ariège (Ustou area), used for overnight stops on long-distance foot itineraries and for multi-day “tour du Mont Valier” style trips. The property sits at about 1,000 m in the Haut-Couserans, within the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises.

Sleeping is set up for 16 people in total: one room plus a dormitory for 11, with a double bed and 3 additional sleeping places in a mezzanine. Stays are handled by phone for information and reservations; if the hosts aren’t available, you leave a message and they call back. The gîte is part of a bio farm, and guests can also eat farm products, including goat-cheese products.
