Les Michellettes

Les Michellettes is a small, unguided communal backcountry hut in the French Alps, set at about 1,690 m. It’s a simple refuge for walkers and ridge traverses, with a fireplace provided.

With room for up to 4 people and a first-come, first-served approach, the hut is not a reservable, managed accommodation. Plan on self-sufficiency: bring your own sleeping bag, and be ready for basic conditions while you use it as a staging point between routes around the Grand Arc and Montsapey area.
