L'Hibernal

L'Hibernal is a backcountry hut in Parc national des Monts-Valin, in the Vallée des Fantômes sector. Winter access ties into the longer backcountry snowshoeing and ski trail system from the Discovery and Visitors Centre, with the Ghost Express caterpillar shuttle commonly used to reach the trail access points serving the higher-altitude huts. For stays, bookings are handled exclusively through Sépaq’s national parks reservation system. Reservations generally need to be made more than two days in advance, and all visitors also pay a daily park entry fee in addition to the hut accommodation fee.
