Maison Forestière de Champérous

Maison Forestière de Champérous is an ONF-managed, unguided backcountry hut used as a free-access emergency shelter and rest stop. It sleeps 2 and operates without reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, staying open as it is not staffed.

Inside, there are table and benches and sleeping space on a mezzanine with mattresses. A wood stove is available, but there is no fireplace. For water, the torrent de Faucon is about 150 m from the hut and flows year-round.
