Refuge de l'Abérouat

Refuge de l'Abérouat is a backcountry refuge in the Cirque de Lescun area (Val d’Aspe, Pyrénées Béarnaises). The property includes a 29-place refuge section on the GR 10, and it’s run as a group-focused mountain centre with classes and stays for children and teens.

Sleeping capacity is 27 people. Civilian-season opening is 1 July to 15 September; in winter it’s open for groups of at least 10 people with mandatory reservation, and in spring it operates on weekends (as per the listed schedule).
