Refuge des Bouillouses

Refuge des Bouillouses is a high-mountain backcountry hut in the French Pyrenees (2,005 m). It is part of the Tour des Pérics refuge loop and serves hikers and winter walkers using the Bouillouses area around Pic Carlit. The hut keeps winter accommodation space (winter room) and is operated with set guarding seasons: early December to late April, and early June to late October.

The refuge sleeps 59 people across small dorms and rooms. It provides hot showers and water, with mattresses and blankets in the sleeping areas; bring a liner for your own sleeping bag. Stays are booked directly with the guardians by phone or email, and you can arrange either an overnight stay or half-board (bed, dinner, and breakfast).
