Refuge du Fond d'Aussois

Refuge du Fond d'Aussois is a Club Alpin Français mountain hut in Aussois (Vanoise), sitting at about 2,346 m. It’s positioned as an alpine base for walkers, and also supports climbers and skiers in the area.

The refuge has 52 sleeping places across 5 dormitories during the staffed period. It runs a winter presence tied to specific dates (from 27 February or from 6 March to 26 April) and a summer staffed period (from 5 June to 20 September). General comfort includes running water except in winter.
