Refuge du Ruitor

Refuge du Ruitor is an alpine backcountry hut run by a guardian, in the Graian Alps area near Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, France. Use it as a base for multi-activity mountain days in the Ruitor region, with the refuge functioning as the key on-route lodging point for groups heading into the high terrain.

The refuge lists contact details for arranging stays and places available through its internal planning. Before going up to the refuge, each group is directed to print and sign a COVID form and hand it to the guardian when collecting keys, and to read the associated COVID charter before sleeping at the hut.
