Refuge Jean Coderch

Alpine hutRefuge Jean Coderch is a CAF de Prades backcountry hut on the Massif du Canigou (about 2,148–2,150 m). It’s the winter annex for the nearby Refuge des Cortalets and functions as an unstaffed shelter with first-come, first-served use in the cold season.
The hut sleeps 19 people on stacked beds with mattresses and blankets. The downstairs room includes a large fireplace, plus tables and benches; there is no stove. Wood is available for the fireplace, and water is supplied from an upstream source (not treated/controlled).
