Refuge Pointu 2

Refuge Pointu 2 is a backcountry wilderness hut in Parc national des Grands-Jardins (Sector of the Grands-Jardins) used for overnight stays. It sleeps up to 6 people in a rustic Scandinavian-style setup, and it’s handled through Sépaq’s reservation system (check availability and book your dates online).

Access is by snowshoeing. The closest approach path leaves from the relais La Galette parking lot and uses trails 6 and 2; it’s 4.7 km to the hut. Book ahead for your target dates, then plan to bring your usual winter/backcountry gear—this hut is accessed on foot via the approach trails rather than by road.
