Refuge Tomy
Refuge Tomy is a very small, unmanned backcountry emergency shelter tucked into a fold of rocks near the Pic de Sallfort area on the GR10 corridor in the French Pyrenees. It’s a no-frills abri sous roche, intended for hikers in transit rather than a staffed refuge.
Use is first-come, first-served with no online booking or payment. It has space for about 2 people (extremely limited, around a large-tent size), and you should come self-sufficient: bring your own sleeping setup, food, and water. There’s no fireplace and no stove provided.
