Alpine hut

Relais du Père Eddy is a backcountry hut on the Parc de la Rivière Doncaster network, used as an open, unstaffed stop for passing users along the P’tit Train du Nord corridor (hikers, cyclists, and cross-country skiers). The hut is described as a first-come, first-served stop with no booking for the building itself, and it functions as a warming shelter rather than an operated lodging facility.

You’ll pass it near the P’tit Train du Nord trail (around km 28/29) while moving through the Doncaster park area; it’s commonly mentioned as a place to take a break and warm up during nordic trips along the corridor.
