Titcomb Cabin

Titcomb Cabin is a Dartmouth-area backcountry wilderness hut on Gilman Island in the Connecticut River near Hanover. It’s operated through Dartmouth’s Ledyard Canoe Club, and the cabin is a summer rental tied to river access.

The cabin can be reserved for an overnight stay with a $40 per night rate; there’s also an additional $10 per extra guest. The cabin limit is 10 people per night, with reservations required. When canoe rental is needed, canoe rentals are available for an extra $20 per canoe per night, and guests may bring their own canoes. Check-in is 2:00 PM–5:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM.
