Barbarian Wall
Barbarian Wall is a granite climbing area above Squamish, with the Slhanny arete/prow as its defining feature. The route The Barbarian follows this prow and is a seven-pitch 5.13b/c test piece, combining laybacking on the arete with footwork on smooth smears and varied climbing between pitches.
A separate mixed line, Jungle Warfare, climbs near the wall for roughly 100 metres over three pitches at M6 WI5. Its pitches are graded WI4, M6/WI5, and 5.9, with granite cracks and ice, including an overhanging ice section.
