Big Show

Big Show is a steep sport-climbing wall in Cheakamus Canyon, above The Main Event. The overhanging granite features diagonal breaks linking the routes, with a gentle approach of roughly 5–10 minutes from The Main Event; access begins left of Mirror Image or via the rope left of the wall.

The nine documented lines range from 5.13b to 5.14b and measure about 28–40 m. Notable routes include Pulse, a 5.14a and Canada’s first route at that grade, and Superman, listed at 5.14c in route records. Freewill is a central 30 m 5.13c with a crack crux and sustained powerful climbing, while Division Bell is a 25 m 5.13d with 11 bolts, a mid-route crux, and a technical, pumpy finish.

Hardware updates equipped the wall with fixed draws on most routes. Pulse and Patience retain chains, Revival has one nylon draw, and Heat and Division Bell received additional fixed draws.
