Bog Wall

Bog Wall is a compact granite crag in Murrin Park, with seven recorded routes over a wall height of about 16 m. The climbing is predominantly traditional, with six trad routes and one sport route, and the sector faces east.

The route list includes Up From the Bog at 5.8, Veils of Illusion at 5.9, and Fathers and Sons at 5.11a. Bog Wall is also regarded as one of Murrin Park’s more accessible, beginner-friendly crags for top-roping.

Reach the crags from the Murrin Park parking area beside Browning Lake using the marked park trails. Murrin Park is on Highway 99, 2 km north of Britannia Beach and 9 km south of Squamish. Bring drinking water: there is no potable water in the park. Overnight parking is prohibited, and vehicles must use designated parking areas.
