Gym of Rock

Gym of Rock is an indoor climbing gym in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, with bouldering, top-rope climbing, and auto-belays. Its climbing space includes approximately 1,600 square feet of bouldering walls and 1,330 square feet of top-rope walls beneath 28-foot ceilings.

The facility has beginner and advanced areas and supports a broad range of abilities. Regular hours are Monday–Friday from 3–9pm and Saturday–Sunday from 12–6pm, though private events, lessons, and special events can affect drop-in access.

Climbing shoe and harness rentals are available. Climbers under 14 must remain supervised by an adult on the grey mats, may not belay, and need a staff member to check their harness before climbing. Outdoor shoes, loose chalk, food and drink on the main floor, phones on the mats, running, and climbing barefoot or in socks are prohibited.
