Inside Out and About is a V3 bouldering problem in the Parking Lot sector of Apron Boulders. The problem follows Inside Out before finishing with an exit to the right.

Jack Fieldhouse made the first ascent. It is one of the documented problems in the Apron Boulders circuit, alongside Inside Out.
