Le Crens Hut

Le Crens Hut is a private backcountry hut on Glen Lyon Station in the Canterbury region of New Zealand. Use is limited to visitors who arrange permission in advance with the station owners, since the hut sits on active farmland.

The hut is small, with 4 bunks. Basic provisions are provided for sleeping (mattresses) and there are toilets on site; there is also an open fire, so plan to bring appropriate firewood/ignition and follow whatever instructions you receive when permission is granted.
